We have been servicing the Sth east corner of Qld for the past 4 years and have customers all over Australia that have used our service ,it helps give customers an insight to what the condition of the bike is in and if there are any problems with the bike ,even though they may live 1 to 3000 kilometres away we do a extensive appraisal of the bike ,test ride the bike and email the report and high resolution pictures of the bike to the customer, so they can see exactly the condition of the bike, as if they were standing there themselves .
We let you know if there is any parts that need attending to straight away or in the near future ,we also check that the bike is straight ,to make sure the bike has not been damaged and patched up,and will be safe for the customer if they do happen to purchase . We have also in the past paid for the bike on the spot for the customer and dropped the bike to transport to make sure the customers funds are safe and the bike is in the same condition it was when we inspected it.
We place our pre-purchase inspections first on our priority list as we know time is of the essence ,and normally can get to the bike within 24 hrs of the customers request .
